Leoborah Risk Solutions provide an extensive range of health and safety services, to a vast array of businesses large and small. As a Company, we have over 10 years’ experience, developing and providing health and safety services in South Africa and abroad.
With passion for excellence in service delivery, Leoborah Risk Solutions was started in 2013 and commenced operations in Gauteng, South Africa. Leoborah Risk Solutions soon provided OHS solutions to various African countries.
The Company was founded by Leon le Roux in January 2013. Prior to forming the Limited Company, Leon has over 20 years’ experience in health and safety in a communication company.
Leoborah Risk Solutions ensure that we take care of our Clients’ and personal needs. We have worked hard to build up a reputation for efficiency, reliability and a very personal service. Our on-going objective is to maintain and improve this reputation, in order to be recognised as providing health and safety products and services of the highest standard. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, incisive and highly accurate service, with a different approach to every business, as we appreciate that each client’s needs will be different and specific to their business.
Leoborah Risk Solutions is a member of the South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Saiosh) and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health is a global organisation for health and safety professionals, based in UK.

I met Leon in 2016 when I was tasked with the project of updating the Occupational Health and Safety system of the company and ensuring compliance with regards to the various policies and procedures. He assisted me to create an OHS Management System. The system is very detailed and includes informative guides, reports, forms, and checklists that will assist you to easily manage your site and OHS team. Once we implemented this it was so easy to work with and manage all the different aspects of our site and business.
Leon does our Risk assessments for the site and our yearly OHS Audit for the Certificate of Accreditation. As a person I enjoy working with him, because he is friendly and treats his clients with respect. He is always available to take my call and ready with advice or referrals when I need it.
I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Leon for our partnership that have turned into friendship.

Leon le Roux of Leoborah Risk Solutions were appointed and are responsible for Health and Safety at Printing Things Pty Ltd Potchefstroom. Since his appointment all files and procedures were put in place and maintained on a monthly basis with an audit every year

Leon le Roux are acquainted with all the latest legislation and up to date with every change that are and was announced by Parliament.
He can and will be a benefit to any business that want to be up to date according to Department of Labour Legislation.
